This is a really good idea. Men and women who are widowed or divorced often find that their finances suffer as a result. It is more expensive to have to manage two separate households.
Sometimes people find that the jobs they hold are no longer enough to support them and they have to change careers.
Having a new career can help them to earn to support expenses that they may have to manage on their own.
